Randy and the crew there are always so helpful. The place is amazingly organized. It's a good source for garage door companies like ours. I can only say thank you for their customer service and attention to detail amongst their professionalism.

I’ve used Florida Operators twice for my garage door repair parts. The staff are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They either have the parts I need in stock or can order it for me ASAP. I’m a real estate investor with 30+ year old garage Doors, so I go to them for all of my garage door needs now.

When I first called, the lady who answered was very polite and said she would get the tech support guy to call back. Tech guy never called back. When I called again, the guy who answered was very condescending and pretty much said he didn't want any business from people who don't know what they're doing. If you're not a professional garage door repairman, plan on being insulted and having this outfit look down their nose at you.

I found them on google and stopped in to get a garage door keypad opener. Great service. They helped me get the right part and gave instructions how to install and pair. The gal who answers the phone is very friendly and knowledgeable.
