I would give today’s visit 10 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jesse came to treat my home today & as always let me know when he would come. And even more importantly came when he said he would. In addition to the usual treatment, Jesse notices that a wasp had chosen my entry way to build a home, so he promptly took care of it. Jesse also made sure I didn’t need any treatment inside my home. I appreciate his attention to detail, reliability and his promptness. He could give classes in true customer service. Thanks Jesse.

We’ve used Florida Pest Control for 22years and have always received quality service! The technicians are always friendly and accommodating.

While getting rid of one problem with multiple attempts to correct from the beginning no one communicates with the technicians so multiple visits to not be able to do anything I was disappointed. Then was later surprised by a bill that was more than what was explained at the beginning. Within the first month didn't want to deal with this company again. The technicians were great and informative but the office end needs some help.

Very attentive of our wants and needs. Tried with good intentions to complete the job with minimal disruption in our family & pets lives. 5 stars!
