Brenden was great. He was filling in for my original pest control guy. He text me a few days before so i could fill him in on what was going on. He was very thorough and explained everything as he was doing it. Plus, anybody who is also a Harry Potter fan will always get 5 stars from me!

To me, it’s the little details, and technicians like Dylan/Dillon, make the experience for the company. Dylan/Dillon is a friendly professional that communicates well and is punctual. Oval did an awesome job spraying for spiders outside my Florida room. He explained the best plan of action to rid my room of the little white spiders. He showed concern for my dogs by picking up the toys in the yard so not to get spray on them.
