I have known Rodger Dedon, for many years. He recently was chosen to build our teams 50 meter Olympic size indoor pool. His help and guidence has been paramount to getting this done. I chose Rodger because I am a swim Coach at Hammerhead Aquatics with 50 years of pool experience myself. His grandchildren have swam for us for several years. In the years before choosing Florida Pool Corporation. I have recomended them to build or repair pools for friends, business associates, and people online. I have always called them or they called me afterwards saying what great service, and professional attitude they felt with using this company. Roger recently visited and assessed my pool. He/Florida Pool Corporation works with a high level of integrity and transparency. He provided me honest and actionable feedback regarding how to most effectively and economically fix some pool surface issues we were experiencing. Additionally, Roger was the one who did the job to resurface our pool a number of years ago and it has lasted significantly longer than the typical lifespan for a pool surface, which speaks towards the quality of his work as well. I highly recommend Florida Pool Corp and Roger for high quality and transparent pool related work.

After a lot of research, a friend referred me to Florida Pools to build my pool. It was completed on budget and within the time frame I was promised. Roger, the owner, is an outstanding guy. Responsive and knowledgeable, he steered me towards the right decisions, specially when it comes to finishes available, glass tiles and fiber optic lights! Give him a call. You will be glad you did.

Florida Pool Corp was called on 2/1/19, PM to replace this valve, which I had a replacement and at the time was not leaking externally, but was defective inside. FL Pool Corp replaced this valve 12 months prior. After three days of not hearing back I was able to contact the owner who sent two techs out on Tuesday 2/5/19. They spent an hour on it, and informed me they needed parts and would be back that same day. There was no word or techs that afternoon, or Wednesday 2/6/19. I emailed the owner Wednesday evening expressing my concerns and dissatisfaction, and on Thursday asked him to at least come back out to fix the NOW leaking Valve. I've attached the result. Just be aware of what your getting your self into. I've Known Roger for years, and perhaps it's time to finally retire.

This is the worse pool company you can hire. I pay to have my pool serviced every week, and my pool constantly have algae and I do not get any notification of the problem until I notice it myself . I recently verbalize that I have an issue with my pool pump and a week pass by and no one calls me. I called back to find out and they said they emailed it to me without letting me know. The estimate went into spam. There was no way for me to know. Everyone I spoke to acted they don’t know what the proper procedures and apologized for not communicating properly with their customers. Another week passed by and I’m still getting the run around. They took my money and NO SERVICE DONE. Unacceptable.!!!! They have the worse customer service and high turnover rate of their employees..
