I can't say enough about Zack's meticulous work, quickness to respond, professionalism, and fantastic personality. Stop reading reviews and hire him! I hired him twice in 2 weeks after my first purchase fell through. I was happy to pay him again! He gives a verbal report after his inspection, allowing time for questions and learning. He gave me the confidence I knew exactly what I was buying. He's just amazing!! Pay the man already! The peace of mind is worth it.
