Florida Pro Wash - Panama City Beach

We own two beach homes in the Santa Rosa / 30A area and were recommended this pressure washing company. Based on that recommendation, we chose their “top-tier package” for a full detailed cleaning of the entire exterior, house, + driveway. The total cost was $1,250, which I already felt was high compared to other local options, but I trusted the referral and moved forward expecting premium results. Because we live out of state, I repeatedly asked for photos once the job was completed. My messages were ignored, and I received no photos at all. I let it go temporarily, assuming the results would speak for themselves when we visited next, but later asked our cleaners to send pictures in the meantime. Here is the review the owner was asking before the job had been completed last year ! We used this company to put up our outdoor Christmas lights . A little less then a month into our lights being hung the corner part of our lights started falling ! Eventually that whole corner part of our house fell completely . We had to live with these fallen lights for over a month - complete eye sore ! The owner claims he has integrity and 100% customer satisfaction ! That is not at all what we experienced ! Our gutters got damaged . The owner is very rude and had an attitude as if it was our fault ! A very disappointing experience ! We found a new company with an awesome owner with fresh ideas !
