Never showed up to complete the work nor called to reach out at all. They ended up telling our landlord they completed the job when they did not. We had pest control come out and state both trees need to be removed due to rodents. The company cut parts of the tree down - sent only one crew member. The crew member stated he would be back the next day with additional help which never happened. Called the landlord and they stated the company sent in deceptive photos to look like they completed the work, when they did not.

Shannon and his team removed a large tree from our yard quickly and efficiently. Our son loved watching his team and we also loved that they had a screen/lid over their debris trailer which shows thoughtfulness for other drivers on the road. We would definitely use this service again and recommend to our friends.

This company has a contract with the rental management company. For $70 a month, I could be doing the lawn and trimming myself. I have tried for over a year to get the contract broken because the crew does not properly trim, weed, cut, or stay consistent with their schedule. On numerous occasions, they left lawn clippings on the driveway, front door, sidewalk, and back patio. They do not know how to trim properly around ground fixtures, therefore, the grass near the fence is taller than the rest of the yard. An email was sent today (April 21), so let's see how long they take to respond.

Tried calling them several times but the call drops, the property management gave me their number because they sent them the work order back in December and they never reached out to me. I called several times and it will give me menu options but it will ring once and the call drops. It not my cell phone service.
