I requested service from their website. After having to call them a few times the tech came out to look at my gate motor, it was old and damaged from a lightning strike. He diagnosed a bad part and called his supplier to see if they had it but if not a new system would be needed. He told me he would call me back in the afternoon. I have called them a few times since then with no results. I do not recommend this company.
