I made the call! The receptionist was very polite and professional. She explained what the service entailed and how much it would cost because of the travel distance. The serviceman called when he was on the way to give me his expected arrival time and he was ON TIME! He was very polite and professional. Informed me about the procedure he was going to do. Informed me when he completed the job, collected the fee and gave me a receipt. We bided each other farewell and I wished him safe traveling! I have already recommended this company to 2 family friends!!!

Flow More pumped my septic tank in May of 2021, seemed thorough and professional. Fifteen months later, it needed to pumped again…there are ONLY two of us!! The second time, they short pumped it and five weeks later it was brimming again! I called three days in a row before the owner called me back with every excuse as to why we were having problems…none of which included culpability on the part of his company. I reached out to another septic service, they sent out a crew to examine the system and declared that it can be completely pumped! And in the event, we have continued issues will apply the pumping fee towards a new system if deemed necessary. Save yourself some grief, pay the little bit extra the first time to get it done right!!

Russell was very professional. Arrived on time. Went out of his way to find buried septic clean out. Will definitely use this business again. Good pricing compared to other quotes received.
