Had a blockage right before my grease trap that I couldn't clear on my own a day before I had company coming to visit. Called Steve expecting he'd be out the next day or few days later and instead he came the same day! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Also very fair and reasonable price! He cleared it using a snake and now it's flowing normal. Thanks again and great meeting you Steve!

Flow Rite just replaced our hot water heater. Contacted my Home Warranty company late yesterday afternoon. Steve was here by 11:00 this morning and had the new water heater completely installed by 2:30. Outstanding service, knowledgeable, friendly. Great experience.

On 5/24/23 Flow Rite Plumbing installed a water line to my fridge & increased the temperature on my water heater to 140 degrees. Cost was $500. The plumber was prompt he came out and gave a quote the same day. The job was completed the following day. The quality of work was great. The job site was left clean. Communication was efficient, the plumber is easy to reach through text or calling & will respond in a timely manner. I now have filtered drinking water from my fridge & hot showers (instead of lukewarm). I would use the service again.

Filed a home warranty claim for a busted hot water heater, heard from Steve within one business day and the job was done the next day! Very responsive and professional. Will use Steve for all my plumbing needs moving forward!

I can’t say enough kind things about Steve at Flow Rite Plumbing. He truly is there for the homeowner. I called to have him come out and fix my master shower faucet, it has been leaking since we moved in. We knew it needed a new cartridge, but couldn’t figure out how to get to it. He was more than willing to troubleshoot it and walk me through step by step via photographs and FaceTime to find what I needed. Turns out he spent his time and offered his expertise to help me find and order the part all at no charge. It truly was a breath of fresh air to find someone with his caliber of customer service. He will always be my family’s first call with any plumbing needs.
