We had a bit of a challenge finding the breaker for our pump, but Luke’s passive and patient demeanor saved the day. He figured out a workaround quickly and executed the main pump valve replacement perfectly. He is a bright, impressive young man who is as talented at his craft as he is pleasant to speak with. A true professional!

Flow-Rite Plumbing sent a technician within a few hours of our drains clogging. Jacob came over and diagnosed our problem and referred us to a septic company who could perform the work. Jacob was very courteous and helpful and we would certainly use and recommend him and Flow-Rite Plumbing in the future.
