Over the weekend, we had been working around the house. I cleaned the drain for the washer and failed to put the hose back prior to washing the next load. The next thing I knew water was flowing into the laundry room, garage entry area, and the walk in pantry. I immediately called Flow State Restoration and Jesse answered took the information and arrived at our home with in 30 min. He was professional, informative , and checked all areas for possible damage. Provided a game plan and before we knew it fans and De Humidifier were in place. He returned the next day promptly at the time he scheduled and cleaned up took his equipment and explained next steps. Ours was a small job and it was quickly handled.
