I absolutely enjoyed working with Flow Tech. The team on the phone is great. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The technicians are also easy to work with. Guillermo, Jose and Chris did awesome. Eventually I replaced my air conditioning system for my house in coconut grove. Prior to that they repaired my ac right on time for a party I had at my house. Thumbs up for the service and professionalism.

We had an excellent experience with Fernando Hernandez during the maintenance of our AC unit.He was very thorough in his work. Ensuring everything was in top condition! He even took the time to give us helpful tips on prolonging the life of our unit. As an added bonus, he went above and beyond by applying WD 40 to our creaking sliding door! His professionalism,expertise and willingness to help were truly appreciated.Highly recommend his services!

Horrible company. Very bad customer service. Girl was sarcastic, kept giving excuses and did not care to accommodate a company that has been hiring them for years. Called them to check on an A/C unit, technician shows up and says he cant do it alone, needs another guy, will "come back tomorrow". Next day they don't come back, we have to call them 3 times and they give us excuses and lies. Girl said 20 mins, its more than 2 hours and no one comes. Technician apparently showed up, didn't "find parking" and left. Unprofessional, liars and irresponsible. Better luck with another company.

Finally found a reliable air conditioning contractor. They fixed my air conditioning system because it wasn't cooling. Haven't had any issue since their visit. Highly recommend them
