Booked with them by my home warranty company and had to wait three weeks during July heat and placing a second call to warranty company before they even showed up. First guy was here less than 45 minutes and claimed to have made repairs and cleaned the drain pipe and left. Called again to complain about the company when it was not fixed a few days later and requested someone else. A different worker came after another two weeks and looked at both units and stated I just needed some coolant. Unit not working again, about a month later, and having to call another company to look at it. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Terrible company at doing the job correctly. My warrant company uses this service provider and they did not level the furnace properly during the install. Had to pay my deductible again trying to get this resolved has been a nightmare. Would definitely not recommend, as this is the only company in the area that the warranty company has.

Do not use this unscrupulous company. My warranty company sent this guy out in November to fix my heat. He told me I needed a new heat pump that he could install for $3200. Why would someone who pays for a warranty want to pay out of pocket. I declined. They double booked him for my ac in June. A company name absolute Heating came and fixed my ac on Monday while I was in town. Got a gig in Atl so I left. My grounds keeper let him in my house to fix the already working ac. He called me for the $100 to tell me my capacitor was broken and he fixed it. I said my air was blowing like the Antarctic before I left. My unit was fixed. I already paid $100 service fee. Chris from Flowertown installed our new HVAC unit through our home warranty company. He boasted that he hand makes the boot and they stand behind their work. However, beware because he did not seal off the bottom of the unit on the pad. There are holes that rodents can get through to under your house. And that is exactly what happened. So now we have to replace ductwork that the rodents ate through. When I contacted him about this, he said that’s not my problem we don’t seal off the bottom. I said why didn’t you At least give us a heads up so that we could have handled that on our own- he said we don’t do that. Totally disappointed.

0 stars. I cannot express how horrible of an experience working with Flowertown was. The home warranty company sent them to my unit and I ended being without AC for 2+ months in the middle of the summer. They claimed it took them a month to "get a permit" to simply put in a wooden stand for a new outdoor unit. After much back and forth, once they finally came to replace the unit (2 months after being aware of the issue) it stopped working after 48 hours. I demanded a different company be hired and the new company informed me that the install of the new unit Flowertown did was so poorly done it looked "intentionally sabotaged" and they could not fathom a real HVAC company did this install. The new company was able to replace and fix everything within 3 business days. Stay away at all costs.
