Visit was informative. Follow up and reply has not happened. Heard from others that have also used them and it seems a visit is more to condemn your fireplace and make you sign a do not use agreement and feel like a criminal if you do use your unit you have always used and enjoyed up until this visit. I appreciate the informative side but seems like unless you say ya I have a extra 50,000 and go ahead just replace our unit the flue doctor vanishes into oblivion. Obviously it's hard to make ends meet and any earnings beyond essentials see to go toward medical bills. So trying to resolve the issues on a working class level doesn't seem to get any reply.... weeks have passed and never heard any reply to my questions they agreed to and were going to reply to. They are the official chimney experts of our block! After repairing the damaged chimney of our neighbors house, they came and gave our chimney a thorough cleaning and inspection, and then set an appointment with another neighbor as well!
