Fluette's service is always excellent! Prices are reasonable and clearly presented, someone is always available to answer questions, calls are returned right away, techs are timely and professional, the work is done correctly, and most importantly, when you have an emergency, they do their best to be there quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Fluette Heating and Air and did our install yesterday. Randy initially came out to assess our needs and our old (1902) house, and was extremely thorough, great communicator to my zillion questions, they sent out a guy the day before to verify the needed materials, and the crew who installed were super conscientious, good workers, friendly, and left everything perfectly tidy. I sent a pic to an HVAC friend and he said the install looked great. There was a minor issue with the breaker box (light/outlet disconnected that nobody knew was on that circuit) and they came out today and fixed it. Time will tell, but I'm very impressed with their work and service!

Alan came out to take care of the maintenance on our AC/heat and found something going on with the motor. Luckily, it is still under warranty. He got the part on and took care of it for us today. He and his coworkers at Fluette are some of the nicest and most respectful technicians we have ever had in our home. They take care of things quickly and efficiently and don't leave any messes to clean up after. Great company for your HVAC needs!

We have used Fluette for several years. Ricky, Alex and Ethan came this week for our bi-annual maintenance. They were very polite, efficient and on time. Highly recommend them!

Very good tech. Showed up early and did a great job! The price for service includes the spring service, but seems a little high compared to other advertised companies. Still will use Fluette as they installed the system.
