Flushing Commons South Garage

Clean, well lit underground garage. Four color coded levels of parking. Parking spaces and lanes are wide for the most part. Could use more directional arrows & signs, a bit confusing to drive around. The rates are slightly cheaper than average. The ticket machines are easy to use.

Came at 12:00 midnight to get my car. Couldn’t get into the building. Theres The QR code at the door to scan. didn’t work, doors didnt open. Had to ask the neighboring restaurant owner with the key fob To open.

Pretty good place to park. Stayed a few days and is close to Chinatown. Lot is open and people can just walk in. Is next to a police station though!

Good location but be aware that Metropolis parking now manages this garage and they will charge you more than posted prices. They will display a price that is supposed to include tax but will then add tax again to that amount as well as their service fees.

Big underground parking garage with plenty of parking space. Everything here is automated which means you will get a ticket when you go in and then need to pay at the pay station before you leave. $20 for up to 12 hours. Decent rate. There are also elevators that leads you directly from the garage to the outside. You will need to scan your ticket when you reenter the garage to use the elevator.
