After being locked out of my business... The locksmith quickly responded and came right out. He was very personable and patient with me. Even changed the battery out for me. Thank you so much! You guys were a life save!

Our organization attempted to contract with the Flying Locksmiths. Despite being told they were very communicative, we were ignored for a week because we were outside of their range. This was told to us by them after the third time of us reaching out for a response. Very disappointing and unprofessional, when all it took was a simple email reply.

Scott was great to work with! The first time he came into the store he evaluated and was able to fix one issue we had with our front doors jammed. He had the parts for our back door ordered immediately and was out days later to complete the job! He made sure to allow me to inspect his work. He did an awesome job! Thank you Scott.

Damian did an amazing job in fixing our door. Out of two people that came out to try and fix it he was the ONLY one able to repair it. He was very kind and courteous as well.
