Communication on there end was an issue. I feel as a customer who ordered a product that they should keep me more informed. Instead I was checking back with them every week to get updates. Install was smooth and easy. The installer was very nice and informative.

David was very professional, kind and helpful. He showed up on time and listened to my questions and made a key for a lock on a door very quickly. He stayed to make sure the key and lock worked properly, and used his tools to shape the molding around the key opening so that it worked as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend David and will request him when I need a locksmith again!

Great customer service experience all around! When I called in, Debbie answered the phone promptly and was kind and helpful. After hanging up, their tech, David, was here in less than 10 minutes! He was knowledgeable, patient, and quick!! Before leaving, he even offered to make me a spare key so I didn’t lock myself out again! David came out to help us fix our customers tool box that had a key broken off inside and keys locked in a drawer. David was patient and understanding while trying to help us and our customer in a timely fashion. He came quickly and worked hard to make our customer happy and fix our problem we had.
