Wonderful people getting the job done and very professional. Under 2 hours and they were done. Had a glick later that day, but the guys came back and quickly fixed the problem.

There has been a lot of aggravation, people not keeping their communication straight. John saying one thing, Chuck saying another. I have condensed this down. It has been months. I gave them every opportunity to fix this. We started the process with them early this year. It has been one inconsistency after another. We went and said we wanted doors that could be operated by chain or motor, with a remote. The doors they brought out, were going to open by motor only. We said that is not what we asked for. My husband talked to John. He said they would make t right, that he would get the right motors. My husband called back after not hearing from them and talked to Chuck.
