The technician came as scheduled. Dave identified the issue with in minutes. He told us he would be back in an hour with a part. 55 minutes later Dave was back with the part, installed the part and we have heat. Dave was professional and technically competent. I recommend Berkheimer for all your HVAC needs. We are a 20 year customer of this company. They are outstanding.

I can only give 5 stars, but they deserve more. I had a new HVAC system installed and FM Berkeimer got it done in one day. I received a great price, outstanding service and their staff is very professional and courteous. They will always have my business!

I had a service tech evaluate my 13 year old Carrier furnace and was pleased to find out if there were no issues with the heat exchanger. I consider this really great news.

Installed our new system quickly and efficiently. Workers were friendly and respectful of our home. I like that they install Carrier which is a very reliable system. The best part is that they installed window air conditioners to get us through until the installation. They even registered our products and filled out the rebate forms and mailed them to us. Top notch from start to finish! Highly recommend!

I’ve been very happy with the annual service. The technician is always punctual, does a thorough inspection, and makes sure everything is reset and working properly before leaving.
