We searched through several companies before deciding on FMI. It seemed like most didn’t want to be a part of our project because it wasn’t huge, but it was a necessity for us. Aundre was very kind and knowledgeable upon first meeting and Edwin led the actual construction aspect. The pricing was very fair and they were flexible with changes as we went. Aundre and Edwin did such a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel. They were super fast and it looks amazing. I cannot express how grateful we are to finally have a bathroom!! They worked with us on making sure everything was done absolutely correctly and when there was unexpected termite damage found they replaced it quickly and efficiently. We’ve have worked with FMI on multiple projects for Bargain Storage and the final product is always excellent. They did quality work for the office and apartment at our new NW Dallas facility and were able to complete all the work in a very timely fashion. FMI review This is a recommendation for FMI Construction / Remodeling. I have lived in my house for over 40 years. Our two bathrooms had been repainted several times but never seriously updated. My husband died two years ago and I have been having some pretty significant mobility issues so needed safe access to my MBR shower. Even though I was nervous about having to make this big decision by myself, I knew for safety’s sake it had to be done. I got three estimates and decided to go with FMI Construction because of such positive reviews from my neighbors on NextDoor. I definitely made the right decision. When we had a water pipe break in our vanity ceiling we called FMI Construction based on the recommendation of one of our neighbors. Aundre, Edwin and Delvin responded promptly and immediately started accessing the leak spot and putting a temporary clamp on it. Since the necessary repairs required a lot of tear down we combined upgrades to include a walk in shower and new vanity cabinets. Aundre and his wife Chan worked with us to help select tiles, vanity styles, paint colors and fixtures. Edwin and Delvin worked very hard and fast to complete the repairs and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the finished upgrades for a walk in shower and new vanity area with improved lighting.

FMI Construction helped us remodel our 2400 sf home. We chose FMI out of 4 other companies.The kitchen and bathroom upgrades they completed transformed the look of our home. We absolutely love the work from start to finish. They are so fun to be around, and we enjoyed there professionalism. Aundre is very good at what he does, and his guy are a great team.
