These guys are great. They were replacing a large french door for me but when they removed the old door there was extensive wood rot to the floor underneath it. Didn't phase them at all. Marvin instantly figured out the required fix and just kept at it until everything was better than new. So very good work, very good service, and also a very fair price. One other thing. They hire good people too. Carlos works like he lives for working, and the guy who came to put back our carpet also did a fine job. Excellent experience in every way.

Marvin and his team did an amazing job at an excellent price. They re-did our kitchen and bathroom and both came out great. There was also a strange one-off plumbing request that they accommodated. They came recommended by a family member and didn't disappoint. They even came back after the job was done and paid for to do a few (very minor) touch-ups that only I would have noticed. They really try to get it as good as possible and they're reachable and responsive during AND after the job. A+++

Contacted company to replace two bath exhaust fans and repair a bathroom light switch. Marvin arrived, assessed areas and provided a quote based on 2-3 hours of time to complete job. Paid their $50.00 quote charge and agreed to proceed. Upon arrival the next day, Marvin fixed the bathroom light within 10mins, great! Next the exhaust fans, after removing the cover Marvin advised the location of screws would require cutting the drywall for an additional charge. Agreed to proceed but then 2 minutes later, Marvin provided an alternative solution to avoid cutting the wall by only replacing the motor within the existing exhaust case. Basically clicking out the old motor and clicking in the new motor. I agreed to proceed with the modified installation. 5 minutes later, Marvin advised he was finis

FHA installed an egress window in my basement. The quality of work was very high. Marvin was very attentive to all of my requests and the entire job was very smooth. For reasons outside Marvins control this job took about 3 days longer than planned, Marvins team came on the weekend (after checking with me) to make sure it was done. During the job they accidentally damaged some drywall near the new window, Marvin took care of it and there was never any stress or concern. Will work with Marvin again, he does great work, at a reasonable price, and he very easy to work with.

Marvin completely transformed our powder room and we couldn't be happier! He explained the process, made creative suggestions, built what we asked for, and made sure we were satisfied at every step. Kathy was very prompt to respond to our initial inquiry and communicative throughout the reno. Carlos also did a wonderful job with the work he did and cleaned-up so well you'd never know where their work area was. We absolutely recommend F&A Handyman! They are top notch and we'll definitely be hiring them again for our future projects.
