There was a problem with the time that the tech was supposed to come, but once he came, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained the issue I was having and even conferred with his manager and the owner of the company. Reasonable fee to come out to diagnose the issue. No pushy sale trying to get me to replace my hot water heater at this point. Told me what to look out for so I’ll know when it’s time for it to be replaced. And showed me where the water shut off was in case it started to leak.

I had a great experience with Focus HVAC. They installed a new heater for my home, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. The technicians (Paul, Andrew, and Dan Matson) were respectful, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was working before they left. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Definitely recommend their service!

Top notch business, top notch service, top notch people. They came out & fixed a problem that SJ Gas caused. The SJG tech could've cared less about whether I had heat or not (which I hadn't for over 1 week) but Focus came out (in the 2 hour window which I was given) and were back the same day with the part. I HIGHLY recommend calling, you get excellent customer service & excellent repair techs. Thank you EVERYONE at Focus!!!!!

Called multiple companies all told me I needed a new system. Called focus and the owner came out and fixed it in no time with a $40 part. Still going strong after 3 years. Thank you for professionalism and honesty. Highly recommend

My 25 year old heater broke down. I knew it was time to get a new and more efficient heater. I called Focus HVAC, they came out the same day to check it out and take some measurements. In a couple of days they installed the new unit. I couldn't be happier. The crew that came out were true professionals, and respectful. When they were finished, you couldn't tell they were there, everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend Focus HVAC. And use them again in the future if needed.
