we were fined $120.00 for "not paying " and when I submitted proof of payment they stated the payment was somehow "not valid" . We were traveling from out of town and warned about these parking lot scams from our host at vrbo. Seems like two companies in ca-hoots to scam

$37 for 12 hours… your only other option is 24 hours at some other ungodly rate. Terrible.

Scam operation. Like the other reviews we got a $82 fine notice after paid for 2 consecutive hours of parking. Fine claims due to ticket expired. If you’re lucky enough to see these 1 star reviews before you pull into this lot, don’t even drive onto the lot. They’ll take a picture of your vehicle and send you a fine for the 60 seconds you were “using” the lot to turn around!

I paid for an hour parking got back to my car and sat inside looking up a restaurant to go to. I received a letter from the company a month later for $110.00!!! I tried to talk to a representative but he said he didnt care because they have it on video when I left. I said I wouldn't pay it and now got a collection notice from an attorney. Im trying to speak to a lawyer and the attorney general about this. How can they charge 110 after it was only 12 for the hour!!

Scam operators. DO NOT PARK HERE! 110$ "fine" for not paying the correct company! Signs for pay by phone parking are scam and paying by phone does not actually pay the correct company and then they fine you astronomical amounts. Edit: this operation is a two entity scam. Elite Parking and Focus. This is unclear when paying for the parking. Focus claims they notify you via a sign somewhere in the parking lot. If you use one of the light post signs for pay by text, which is basically the only way to pay when I was there, you get ELITE Parking of America. And Elite does NOT mention any rules/warnings or fines or limitations whatsoever. This is inherently a scam by two companies. I have reported this to the FTC.
