We are thrilled with our backyard studio (office pod)! I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Focus Space NW. From the initial inquiry Noah and team provided thoughtful and clear communication making the process a breeze. There are so many prefab pod options online these days and Focus Space NW stands out above all others being a locally owned and operated small business, with transparent pricing (no hidden fees like all th others I looked into, they know what you need and include it) offering flexibility depending on your goals, vision, and space. They are such a dedicated and passionate group. Brandon did an incredible job of keeping us updated on our project and it was exciting and satisfying to see the daily/weekly updates. I cannot tell you how much we love our backyard office space- it has changed how we use our house! Not only is it functional and beautiful but it was a dream to work with Focus Space NW on the design and build process. From start to finish - Noah and team were the utmost professionals, advising us through the transparent process with ease. The final result is beyond what we even initially expected! The work and care the team put into the process shows- with all of the finishes and choices incorporated. The process was fast, affordable, transparent and occurred with no hidden “surprises”. We love our addition and would encourage anyone thinking of working with Focus Space NW to do it!

We couldn’t be more ecstatic with the result, and the folks who’ve made our satellite office/pub happen. From day one of presenting the overall vision, they were completely on board with a “We can absolutely do that!” attitude! Every vision or idea we had, they easily turned into reality. When presented with options they hadn’t done yet, they eagerly jumped at the chance to show they could accomplish anything thrown their way. They were even able to quickly adjust, when we had ideas that we hadn’t thought of prior. We can’t thank Noah, Brandon, and Wesley enough for all of their hard work, and attention to every minute detail! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to invest in a beautiful high quality permanent structure, ADU, satellite office, or outbuilding.

Noah, Brandon and their team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Their responsiveness to our design needs and choices were top notch. Their ability to take a concept from pre-visualization to reality really impressed us. When we encountered minor concerns they were handled promptly and with a fantastic sense of customer service. They are personable and got along with all family members - including our dog. :) We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for future projects.

Noah and the team were amazing. The entire process from design to build was very quick and smooth. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
