Tech was great, BUT, he said that we needed a filter, gave us the model number and said to call the office. I did; they quoted me a price of $200 and said they would order it. Two weeks later and still no filter. I called, they said they would check and have the manufacturer get back to me. At that point, I exploded. I told them to cancel the order! I ordered it from Amazon at 5PM, it came at 9PM that same day. I installed it myself. $59.00! An air conditioning company with no filters? INEXCUSABLE!!! I’m sorry that I bought a service contract. I should get my money back.

Dylan was very polite, he listened to my concerns and assured me he would find the issue (if any). He was prompt and explained all the items that he reviewed and stated all was fine. I asked some questions to understand how the system worked and he gladly answered them to increase my knowledge. PS all technicians that have been here have been great!

My warranty expired and an ongoing issue reoccurred. Mr. Ben was very friendly, understanding & knowledgeable. I thought the appointment may have gotten canceled but he still came even though it was a rainy day. He charged up the system & told me that they would be back to find the leak on another day soon. I also asked him about another small issue that I had and he offered a solution to that as well. I was happy with the services that I received & I would recommend Mr. Ben.

Dylan was excellent and knew right away what the unit needed. We are very happy with his service and when we need service in the future we will request Dylan. Very honest!

Randy was great . Very knowledgeable. He educated us on some things to be mindful of. Very pleased with his service We have had this service since 2020 on our brand new house and pay the yearly service For the twice a year check ups and a quick response if we ever have any issues so far we are good
