Fogle's Septic

Had them out to assess a small hole forming in our front yard above the Septic tank. A representative came out made a few quick measurements and determined the tank needed an access port in order to be properly cleaned out. He said I would get an estimate from the office as soon as he could process the paperwork. Fast forward a few days. I come home and find my front yard dug up and a big green domed port in front of where the hole was. And an invoice in my door. After contacting and discussing this with the rep I was offered 2 choices. Have them come and remove the port. Or I keep it and pay. I was offered $50 off the price. Only to be told later it would be applied to the clean out. By this time I was done and gave up. I attached several pictures of the finished job. You be the judge. UP

We unexpectedly ran out of water in our house last night. This was the first time this has ever happened to us. We called the phone number on our water tank and it provided an after-hours phone number. I was skeptical that anyone would answer since it was late at night but Dave answered right away! I told him everything I was experiencing and he asked follow up questions and he provided guidance on how we can try make the water turn on before having someone come out for service. His tip worked! We had water back on within an hour. Thank you so much Dave for your expertise! If we ever need help with our water tank (hopefully we don’t), we know exactly who to call.
