Folan worked on a restoration project for us on a mill building in Brockton. The staff is very rude & unprofessional. They ignored many of the specific requests the architect and conservator had called out. They did the bare minimum and never finished the project to satisfaction. For the cost we expected a much more professional job and had to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes. Avoid this company!
