What a great company let me start off by saying we closed on a house two weeks ago when we got here we found a leaky pipe in the basement due to the only one year-old radiant, baseboard, hot water boiler system. My every day my husband had to go downstairs in the crawlspace on his hands and knees and belly and put a new bucket underneath the pipe to catch the leak so it wouldn't cause mold in our crawlspace. we saw the contractor on the boiler and their contact info. We called them and they said that it was out of warranty as of a month ago. Apparently, while we were closing, it was going out of warranty and the previous owners of the home did not respond to Foley's request for servicing the system. Mr. Foley within hours of my call came out to my mothers residence and within two hours of checking her gas boiler he restored heat and hot water to her home. She hadn’t had heat in years! Foley did my conversion to gas 12 years ago, they installed a high end system that was not cheap. everything was fine until this week when an error code appeared on the thermostat that I wanted resolved. I called Foley figuring that since they installed the furnace they could fix it. They gave me an appointment for the next day which I accepted. The appointment time comes and goes and an hour later I call Foley for an ETA. they tell me that they can't make it because established customers are having issues and they need to deal with them first. Humm, am I not an established customer? I did spend a lot of money on the installation though it was 12 years ago. What really gets me is that they weren't going to call me to tell me they weren't coming. sometimes local is not the best op

I used Foley for my oil to gas conversion. I could not be happier. They arrived on time, let me know exactly what was happening, coordinated with the gas company and facilitated all kinds of rebates and interest free loans. New system is amazing. They were so professional, I decided to use them to replace my central air conditioning units. I highly recommend them.
