Fontaine Brothers., Inc.

Fontaine Brothers was awarded the contract to build the new DeBerry school on Union street. The problem was that by law construction is NOT to take place before 7:00am. They started at 6:00am sharp everyday 6 days a week. I called the city about this and they abided by the 7:00am law for a few months then started right back. I called the city again twice to no avail. To top it off they've blocked off the entire one way street with no warning. In the past I've seen other companies leave a notice on the front doors or gates of the homes affected at least a day before. Not so with Fontaine Brothers. They just block the street sporadically when it suits them. So apparently Fontaine Brothers is above the law and can do what they want. So if by any chance you find out they are doing construction
