Very polite and awesome work.

Through my warranty company (Energy Efficiency Resources) who are terrible, Forbes construction was their contractor and came to fix my HVAC heat pump that wasn’t blowing warm air. Their first attempt was in January. It started working but only lasted a day before it stopped working. They came out two other times saying they had to order a part. Waited two more weeks and they replaced an electrical part. It worked for two days then stopped hearing. When I called to complain that it wasn’t working Forbes construction stated that they would not come out anymore and that it is usual for HVac heat pumps to take hours before heating. Hasn’t worked since. Appears they could not figure out what was wrong and it wasn’t worth it for them to spend more time on it. In my opinion Their communication
