It was about 1:30 on a sunny afternoon when we discovered we had NO water because of a hole in a well pipe! After phoning three different services requesting help Sydney answered at Forbes Plumbing and Septic! Not only was she polite and knowledgeable she requested photos of what the problem was so the plumber would know what part to pick up before arriving. She could only promise first thing tomorrow morning, but said she would try her best to get someone out to us today. Sydney came thru for us! At 4:18 Brian phoned to confirm the size of the fitting and to tell us he would be out within the hour. At 5:17 Brian rolled in our driveway part in hand! He was polite , knowledgeable and extremely skilled! Within 30 minutes we had water! We couldn’t be happier with the entire Forbes team. This
