Force Mechanical came out almost immediately on a warranty service call and diagnosed our furnace problem: it was determined we need a new furnace and they very quickly had one on order. The techs that came today for installation, Andrew and Troy, were super quick, professional and very considerate in taking care of our home during installation. Gabe at Force was wonderful in our initial consultation for a furnace and office staff have been great too in processing ALL the paperwork necessary for the installation as well. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Force Mechanical to anybody with service or new installation needs! Price was good, service great! They were wonderful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience! They reached out first thing in the morning to confirm my appointment. Then sent texts updates and even included a picture of the tech, making me feel safe about who I was allowing in my house. Once on site the tech explained everything and was very nice. Overall great experience from start to finish. I have the appliance service plan so he also explained what that would cover and timeline if we needed to replace any parts.

Contacted force mechanical for furnace repair. It was cold, March, Michigan weather and I am elderly as is my wife and needed quick repair. They were busy but put me first on their list for the next morning. Had immediate contact from a very polite and respectful office employee. Received a text message first thing the next morning (8am) as promised. Repairman Dylan was their in 20 minutes and had our furnace up and running in less than a half hour. Repairman was excellent and careful not to track mud from outdoors, understanding and professional. Made me feel like a valuable customer. Would definitely use them again. Great company in my estimation.

Let me start by saying: you cannot go wrong with Force Mechanical!!. This is my long overdue review of the HVAC & water heater installation. I got a very friendly and professional crew to do the work: Javier Labor, Ryan Lounsbery, and Eric Hurst, who is the Senior technician, Master mechanic, Lord of the bolts, Chief wizard... ...you get the point, and if you see him leading his crew, you will understand. I'm a Mechanical engineer, so I'm a total machine nerd, my wife doesn't understand why I smile Everytime I'm in front of the new HVAC system, let me explain: These guys didn't just install the machines, this seems to be a form of art to them, I'm mesmerized by their attention to detail. Dylan was very polite, easy going. Explained all of my non stop questions patiently. Educated me about my furnace and gave me ideas of replacement costs and how to maintain my furnace properly. I would gladly call this company again if I needed further service.
