Forced Aire Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a great experience using Forced Aire to replace our HVAC system. They were honest, easy to work with, and the best price we could find too! They helped us get financing set up as well. Would recommend!

They were helpful when it came to getting someone out quickly. However, they ended up costing us money when they put nitrous in the line (to check for a leak). The person that ended up fixing (for much cheaper) said that cost us a good chunk of money that was unnecessary.

I love Boyd and his crew. They are fantastic and have helped me with my own home as well as real estate properties that needed work done. They are great to work with and have excellent prices.

They installed a fireplace into our home including the purchase of a blower. However, they did not install a blower, even though it was paid for. I had two appointments scheduled with them over summer, and I was canceled with the excuse that “they were too busy over summer due to air conditioning repair” so trying to be understanding I told her we could reschedule to a less busier time. Charese was supposed to call me the first week in September to reschedule, but obviously I did not receive a call. We set a date, but I did not hear from anyone. When I called she told me we were scheduled for the following day, although I was sure it was for that day. Needless to say, I was canceled again. Both days I even had to arrange for alternate childcare. They made the mistake the in the first place
