A rake/hoe flew off this work vehicle and almost hit us on state route 129 they didn’t even care that they almost caused a wreck and just left the item to lay in the middle of the road causing people to serve around it. They should know how to tie equipment down especially if they’re willing to going over 80mph in a 65mph. Tried calling the company but got no response.

Dishonest and very disreputable contractor. They were hired by the county to do a water project in my neighborhood. They destroyed the driveways and streets. They made promises to replace your driveway at a discount then once awarded the work they reneged on their own offers. You should never hire this company and no city or county should ever allow this company to work on bid projects. The entire neighborhood has retained attorneys to seek compensation from their performance bond. unnecessarily and ruined yards. No individual and no city or county should ever hire this company. Our entire neighborhood has retained legal counsel to seek damages against their performance bond.

Ford Development Corp. has been working on a project in Miami Twp. contracted through Clermont County. They never have flaggers and are disrespectful. Never have appropriate signs for lane closures or detours. They constantly are blocking traffic with machinery and don't have flaggers in place to assure the flow of traffic and workers/public safety. Quite frankly it's dangerous. Can't speak about the quality of work.

About 30 feet was added to extend my yard to the new road that was built. There is a perfect line between where my original grass is and where they put down grass seed. Google wont let me post a picture, but as of now, a month and a half after they did the work, only half of the grass has grown. Not to mention that I wouldn't even consider this stuff grass. Its all mostly weeds and a couple splotches of crab grass here and there. The top soil they laid wasn't even enough to cover the clay that they put it on top of, and they couldn't even be bothered to pick out the rocks that were easily 2 inches in diameter, or the roots that were 3 feet long laying on top. Laziest work i have ever seen done, I'm honestly surprised that you can do that terrible of a job and consider it done. This company
