Ford's Plumbing and Heating

They were our second opinion on a huge job and although it cost a pretty penny, I feel confident it was money well spent. Efficient, clean, knowledgeable, experienced, polite, empathetic and professional. They saved our very old house from a major disaster and we will only use them from now on.

Total scam. Will never call them for service again. We called Fords plumbing to resolve a leak with our bathroom toilet. First off, was $99 for an in home estimate and the side of their truck said free estimate.....off to a great start. They send over John and Francisco. We tell them the toilet has never sat right and has had issues feeling like it was rocking even after tightening the bolts. I also made it very clear that we had discovered that the flange sits too high on the floor. John looks at the toilet for no more than 2 minutes and explains why we are better off replacing the entire toilet as ours is also leaking from the tank. A total of $800. We had an emergency when it was pouring. Luis came over to evaluate the situation for us. He was very patient and willing to answer questions. Very professional👍🏼

Best plumbers ever! Cynthia in reception was super nice and very professional. She was able to get my scheduled on the day I requested. I called back later because I forgot to ask some pertinent questions. Marly answered and I found her yo be very knowledgeable. The technician that came was also very nice and explained everything in a calm manner. Very grateful to the Fords Plumbing crew!

Shout out to Fords Plumbing! I was looking for a new regular plumber as mine had retired. I called them for a simple toilet clog and spoke to the receptionist Cynthia. She was very nice and together with the office manager Marly was able to squeeze me in. I was so grateful that even though it was a small job, they were able to help me. Call them for any job, big or small.
