Foremost Plumbing Company

I called Foremost to come give me an estimate on replacing several outdoor faucets. They came out fairly promptly and gave me an estimate free of charge. Jacob was very professional and courteous, and I felt he gave me a fair price. I didn't end up using their service, but only because they were busy to do it right away, and I found someone to do it more quickly.

Had a clog in my Sink, it was backing up. Called Foremost, they had an employee come out within a couple hours. The problem was diagnosed, price was quoted and repairs were commenced. Well fast forward about a week, the plumbing under the Sink came apart because it had not been installed properly. It was after hours, i called and LVM. Sarah called me back in less than 10 minutes, said she apologized and Russel the owner would be here shortly. He came in, saw the issue, apologized and said that person was no longer an employee of his as of that moment. He fixed the problem. He had walked away from grilling Dinner for his family to fix this. That is what Customer Service right there!! Problems will happen sometimes, what makes the difference is how you Handle it!!! Great folks!!!

Jacob and the crew took excellent care of me. Had to do a full repipe of the house and they made it go as smooth as possible. They took care as to not damage anything unnecessarily. They were very professional and fair priced. The customer service is superb as well. Jacob came out on request a few days before the install so that we could discus a game plan and let me understand the full extent of what was to be done and answer any questions and concerns I had. He took his time and did not rush through that. I would highly recommend cling Foremost for any plumbing needs and they will be my go-to from here on out.

I've used Foremost Plumbing company twice now and they go above and beyond with their service. They are transparent on pricing and do great work. I would highly recommend— they fixed a main sewer line issue at the rental I was in, and also fixed a leaky steel pipe under our house we just purchased and replaced it with PVC— they quoted me initially more money and were transparent in their pricing to adjust the quote lower after the service was done.

I sent Russell with Firemost a text at about 9:00 am about a leaking sink. His office called me quickly and said they would have someone out that day. Paul arrived by 1: 00 pm and quickly diagnosed the problem. He immediately went to work and had my repair made in less than an hour. While he was here, I enjoyed talking to him about a hobby we both engage in. He is a USMC vet and I like using a company that employees veterans. I thought the price was very reasonable, the service and attitude of the employee was great, and the promptness was wondeful. I will definantly use them again in the future.
