We had a summer wedding coming up in Bailey CO at a gorgeous site next to the North Fork of the South Platte. Their owner Kyle Benson is a local fire chief and very experience firefighter, and he was able to give my property an expert evaluation from a wildland-urban interface perspective, not just start clear cutting the property.
