Four generations of our family have trusted Forgacs for our garage door installation and service. My great-grandfather first contracted with Forgacs when he remodeled the garage here at the lake. Since then, our family has trusted this company with the most forward-facing part of our homes. Now, when I was unable to assist my family at home while out on business, I couldn’t help feeling helpless. What happened next put my entire month at ease. We had reached out to Forgatch years ago when my parents garage door broke and they came right away to replace the door and did a fantastic job at a great price! This time it was my turn. I reached out to them to replace 2 of my garage doors and install new motors. I was really pressed for time and needed this job done asap. Donna was able to make adjustments in her schedule so that her team could come the same week my doors broke. The price was great and the team did a great job. My insurance company covered a new garage door. Donna had no problem coming out to get the check. I think she may have taken extra money (never received an invoice- my stupidity for handing over the money, but still!) When installed, the company broke my sensor ( that tells me if the garage door is open or closed). I contacted Donna for 3 weeks in a row. First she told me these sensors don’t exist. Then, after sending her a photo, she told me someone would come out to fix it. I’ve been calling and texting her for over a month. My boyfriend stopped by the shop and the guy he spoke to said he knew exactly what sensor we were referring to. Still waiting…Looks like they don’t care to fix what they broke since they got their money. I’d prefer them to just flat out tell me they don’t intend to f

I’d strongly advise you to search else where when getting garage doors. They are available and proactive but once they get your money or get the job done you won’t hear from them. They also installed doors and setup improperly and had to hire another company to fix their work. Strongly suggest based on my experience with them to shop elsewhere and learn from my mistakes of using this company

I talked to the owner a nice lady. But when it came time to come out and do the job. No show I called 3 more times. But still every time no show. Got so bad the owner said she would come out to the house and get measurements for job. Plus I have 4 more garage doors I need purchase an installed. I have dealt with this company before with know problems tell now.
