Forman's Land Service

Foreman’s Land Service truly went above and beyond for our property. Although they are based in Spartanburg, South Carolina, they traveled more than 1.5 hours northeast to our 8-acre property in North Carolina to complete the job. We had a large grove of ash trees that had been killed by the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB). Initially, we hired another company that cut down over 100 trees, but the project dragged on for weeks with constant delays and excuses, leaving the job unfinished. Frustrated, we asked Foreman’s Land Service to evaluate the situation. Chris and Chad responded quickly, came out promptly, and provided a very reasonable estimate. They removed all the remaining stumps, burned them, lightly graded the land, and carefully cleaned another large wooded area. What I appreciated most

Chris and Chad did a monumental amount of clearing with the forest mulcher and some saw work in a single day for a very reasonable price. They were very pleasant to work with and "got it" regarding what I was trying to accomplish to improve the view. They did more than I expected with taking down the uglier trees to make the view nicer. Unlike some others I have had out on my land, they did the hard parts I wanted done vs. spending time covering more acres by skimming over the land I had already cleared or that I could do myself.

Chris and his crew cleared out my 1 acre residential yard of 10+ pine trees that were ~100ft, aswell as a mature maple and oak tree. The drops were skillful & precise. They removed the stumps, graded the yard and mulched up the overgrown woods around me. Super professional and skillful guys.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Chris and his crew have done for us. They demolished 2 small buildings and cut down several trees . They also built 2 awesome decks and graded and leveled the land exactly the way we wanted. The transformation is incredible. It doesn't even look like the same place. I'm so proud of how it looks now! And all of that for a very reasonable price! Plus they are just great people to work with. We will definitely be calling Chris again for future needs. Fantastic work by Chris Forman and team. 1 tree removed and 8 tree stomps removed at a fear price. They are very respectful of your property. Now I need my yard level. I have an appointment for that. Hard workers so If you need work done on your yard call Chris you will be happy you did.
