Ok so weve been wanting to finish our basement for like three years and kept putting it off bc every contractor we talked to either ghosted us after the estimate or came in with insane pricing. finally got referred to Formax through my brother in law who had his basement done by them last year. called on a wednesday and they had someone out by friday to measure and talk through what we wanted. we had a pretty basic vision honestly, just a family room area, a small bar setup, and a bathroom down there. the guy didnt try to upsell us on a bunch of stuff we didnt need but he did suggest better flooring than what we were thinking bc of moisture issues which turned out to be solid advice. crew started about two weeks after we signed and they were there pretty much every day which was nice bc iv

Had a huge leak every time it rained and out old basement was basically unusable. Formal came out to glen view and did the waterproofing then rebuilt the whole family room area. No more mold smell and the kids finally have a place to play video games. Hugh relief for us.
