Forrest Exterminating

Neighbors will hate you, thanks to the exterminators/ inspectors, they moved our trash can and recycling can from the street so they could park in front of our house and block our neighbor's driveway when they worked on a neighbors. The trash hadn't gone yet. Then tried to tell me that they "just got there". Four hours after they actually arrived at the location. They then tried to "prove" they didn't touch our cans because it was empty and still on the street. The can clearly marked with our neighbor's house number, the neighbor whose driveway they were blocking.

i reached out to forrest on thursday and after coordinating i was able to have their wonderful technician Sam come by on a Saturday morning to spray around my house and yard! he was very thorough using both spray and granulated poison to help control the ant population in my yard. he was professional and timely! thank you Sam!

Parents had used them since 1985. Upon death of mother this year, had to sell house that we had lived in since 1965. Parents had made repairs to termite damage and had this company come out year to spray, they was just out in July of this year, sprayed noted old termite damage. Upon termite inspection had to pay over $10,000 which includes a praying that they had done it. July of this year to be able to sell house. I feel they had taken advantage of my mom and dad. I feel they should make sure that the older customer they service understand what they are doing and they are not any documentation of what repairs may need to be done. I would not recommend or use this company to anyone. I have also filed a complaint with the BBC against the way the they do business I would not allo

On time, on point, very professional. It's never a good moment when you need a bug tech - so go with the best. This company recommended a treatment for my issue, they didn't try to sell me anything more than I wanted but they were so professional that i plan to set up quarterly service. Highly recommended by myself and my neighbor!

I have used them for years in several different homes in the area that I have moved too. Whenever we have an issue they come right out.. even though it is not our usual scheduled time for spraying. Highly recommend. All super nice. Never a bad or less than desirable experience.
