Great experience with Forrest. He came out on a super cold and rainy / snowy day to inspect and repair our septic system. Worked hard and answered all of my questions. Honest guy. Highly recommend!

I just had a failure of what they installed after only 5 years. The situation: they spliced the appliance wire from the pump directly into a sub breaker box and connected the wire nuts to the incoming romex loosely. No protection from sewer gasses was provided. The result was that I came outside to a non working pump, melted wires, and melted wire nuts! I replaced this setup with a proper code-compliant GFCI outlet, got a new pump and installed myself. The one benefit of doing business with them is that you will learn a lot once you have to redo the work yourself.

Highly recommend this knowledgeable and friendly company. As a business owner myself, it’s rare these days to find honest, forthright people in any profession. Our experience with this company was honestly above five stars. They are a family owned business who took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns as we needed a second opinion from an initial pump out/inspection that was done poorly by another company. This company will tell you exactly what you do and do not need and help you understand the “why”. You will feel confident working with them. I would hands down hire this company again at any and all costs. After dealing with awful plumping and septic companies, and having the worse experience with companies locally to my area, I reached out to them knowing it was well over an hour away from our remote location. We were blessed to have them come out diagnose and clean our filters, throughly checked through our system to find the issue. After finding the issue and being almost certain our pump was bad, he was not giving up. He tested every single aspect and angle 7 different ways to be 100% positive it was the pump.
