Forster Heating

I called Forster at 8:50 to ask for reignition of commercial heating unit on the roof of an office building in Auburn. The phone was answered by a real live human being who said she would send Mike immediately. Mike arrived appx 9:15 and promptly purgedd the gas line and reignited the unit. You could not ask for better service than this. And the charge was reasonable.

The worker that came over was prompt, very knowledgeable and fixed my heater within minutes and and set me up right. 10/10 as far as I’m concerned amazing person and would work with him any day!

I came in after 2 PM on a Monday and asked for some sheet metal to be fabricated. All the workers were out on jobs. I left a sketch of what I wanted and how many pieces. The very next day - Tuesday - at about 8:30 AM, I received a phone call letting me know my sheet metal was ready for pick up. Now that is what I call excellent service! Thank you.

Forster is a good company and I’m happy with the service from them. My situation is a frustrating one that is basically a waiting game so the problem can be diagnosed. I appreciate their patience of my frustration. The unit is 5 years old and has given me issues ever since it was installed. Forster have taken over service since the installation company walked away from dealing with it.
