After carefully listening to our problems with our heat pump that was not working, Derrick got right to work. He found that the start capacitor and control board were damaged. He repaired the unit and replaced the questionable thermostat wiring. Derrick was very professional and I was impressed by his knowledge and his diagnosis and clear explanation.
