They keep shutting off my water yet my account has NEVER been late or past due. I talk to Public works they say it’s overdue and I need to talk to billing. I talk to billing, they say my account is in good standing they have no idea why it would be off and to talk to public works. Yet they won’t talk to each other and I have an infant that I can’t make a bottle for because OF THEIR error. This is the third time this has happened to me with no resolution or clarification on WHY this keeps happening for no reason. It’s been HOURS I’ve been trying to get this resolved. Beyond egregious and extremely DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Never pick up phone no wonder they have a 1 star ratimg
