In November of 2022 I began searching for an inspector to help in the process of buying my family's first house. He was quick to get us a report and happy to come back out and recheck after repairs had been done, however I was naive and did not call him immediately and waited 2 months after we had moved in, that's when we realize some of the repairs that had been paid for we're not in fact repaired, so I called him back out and he was more than happy to help me again.
