The garage is in the most disrepair compared to the other garages in downtown Scranton. Poorly managed and lack of care as repeated calls to the management company about the state of the garage have gone ignored. Crumbling pavement, water spilling out of drainage pipes and frayed joints on each level which often scrap the undercarriage of lower riding cars, the garage is a disaster and only marginally better than parking your car on the street due to the cover from the elements. Lacks other amenities such as EV charging that other garages offer. Do not know how such a poorly managed garage could survive despite decent usage from nearby business and apartment buildings. Parking here is $80/month, or by the hour (an 8 hour day being $10). My parking badge was stolen from my car and I tried contacting the manager over the course of 3 months trying to get it replaced - and here I am 6 months later with no parking badge. Guy in charge is exceptionally difficult to get in touch with and only stops by briefly - if at all. It's nice that the garage is covered (cool in summer, no snow in winter), but it is in dire need of repairs. Some spots will leak water onto your car if it rains (leaving mineral deposits), others have had chunks of the concrete fall on top. Such a shame the parking situation is in such poor shape around here.

There’s frequently a homeless man yelling there at 5AM. Once with his hands in his pants laying across the stairwell stairs and grunting. The number was disconnected when I called Forum twice at approximately 8AM and 3:30PM on a weekday. Minimal cameras and an overall terrifying experience.

Parking garage is an absolute dump, poop in the stairwells, pee in the elevator, flooring coming apart, owners are almost impossible to get a hold of in a timely fashion And with all of that, it’s SO EXPENSIVE Unfortunately, some rich owner or group is making money off this place, it’s absurd EDIT: new management, same prices, still trash everywhere, abundant fees
