Very professional, kind hearted, helpful and knowledgeable. They completely blew my mind away with the efficiency, quickness, willingness to ensure everything was the way I wanted the job completed. Would never want anyone else to replace our roof. They made it an effortless transaction. They handled everything. Norman was here when the adjuster showed up to make sure all the damage was seen. The adjuster approved the new roof and 8 roofers showed up early the next morning and talk about work these guys no how to work. The whole job was completed in one day, complete with cleanup. For the past 3 months I was having difficulty in getting a contractor/roofer to come to my home to give me a quote on replacing my roof d/t aging. When they did come, they never followed up with a quote or even tried to contact me when they said they would, except one person gave me considerable high bid. I was much in prayer over what to do. Early last fall Norman O’Neal from Fossil Ridge Roofing came by, he climbed on my roof at that time and then gave me a ballpark figure of what he thought it would cost to replace it.
